Judge Kenneth Lester has revoked George Zimmerman’s bond for misleading the court of his financial circumstances. He believes Zimmerman and his wife, Shellie, were well aware of how much money they actually had in the bank.

NYC Mayor Bloomberg Plans to Ban All Sugary Drinks
Well, someone is finally trying to stop obesity in their city and it’s New York City’s Mayor Michael Bloomberg. New York City officials are considering banning the sale of sodas larger than 16fl oz and other sugary beverages in grocery stores and restaurants.
According to CNN, “more than half of NYC adults (58%) are overweight or obese,” Mayor Bloomberg tweeted Thursday. “We’re doing something about it.” If approved, the city’s proposal would take effect six months after Board of Health approval and would be enforced by the city’s regular restaurant inspection team,” a statement from Bloomberg’s office said. “Restaurant owners will have nine months from the adoption of the proposal until they face $200 fines.”
It looks like the Mayor is serious about cutting back obesity in his neck of the woods. Take a look at the CNN video below to see just how bad one soda a day is seriously effecting your health. What are your thoughts on this proposal? Do you think if this becomes effective for New Yorkers that other states may take a hint? Leave a comment!
Kim Kardashian Bans Rihanna from Kanye’s Dressing Room!

Whoever thought Kimmy K would be the jealous type? After stealing the hearts of many men in Hollywood you would think she has all the confidence in the world…guess again! Kim who has been traveling with Kanye on his Watch The Throne tour has banned Rihanna from being in Kanye West’s dressing room if she isn’t present. Clearly Kanye is so smitten over Kim that he agrees to her over the top request. It is said that Rihanna is very flirtatious and that could be the reason why Kim is so concerned. Rihanna is bad, but KimYe shouldn’t worry about anyone coming in between them, they are the next power couple for crying out loud!

FAD ALERT: DIY Caviar Manicure via Beautylish
Champagne wishes and caviar dreams? Now the luxe lifestyle immortalized by Robin Leach comes to your nails, in the form of a caviar manicure. This novel roe-reminiscent texture is the talk of the town, and it looks ultra-opulent! Unfortunately the extravagant finish comes with an equally steep price tag, so we went in search of some low-cost alternatives. Lo and behold, we discovered a way to recreate the baubled effect without denting your wallet.

YOU’LL NEED:
- Base coat
- Opaque nail polish (no shimmer)
- Clear micro beads (available at most craft stores—we snagged our jar for three dollars!)
- Top coat
STEP 1
THE BASICS
First, apply a clear base coat on completely bare nails. Next, apply one coat of no-shimmer white polish (a thinner formula is best) onto your nails and let them dry. We chose white, but you can use any color with the clear beads.
STEP 2
COAT AND CAVIAR
Apply a generous second coat of color to one hand, and let the polish get tacky for 10 seconds. Then, over a sheet of paper, a cup, or a plastic tray, pour the microbeads over your nail bed, ensuring you coat the entire surface of your nail bed like glitter over glue.
STEP 3
IM-PRESSED
When each nail is entirely covered, use the pad of your finger to press and secure the caviar beads. Repeat this on your other hand.
STEP 4
THE LEFTOVERS
Pour the excess beads back into the jar to save for later, then apply a tiny drop of top coat along your nail tip to seal the caviar. The look should last two or three days before the beads start to fall. Black-tie nails at a bargain price—you can’t beat it!
